I finally found a motorcycle repair shop that I trust! I've been there multiple times for maintenance, new tires, new battery, etc. The owner, Jay, is 100% professional and always makes me feel comfortable. The work is thorough and the pricing is fair. There's never any pressure to do unnecessary work and everything's done in a timely way. Great guy! Great shop! I totally recommend Bick's Sunrise Cycle!

I came across Bick's thru a Facebook group and if you need service on ANY motorcycle Jay is the guy you should go to. I have four motorcycles that were being serviced by two different shops. Not only can he effectively work on all four, he was able to diagnose things I wasn't even aware of and after servicing two of my bikes, one of them over 20 years old, they are both running like new. And on one, he found and repaired an issue that could have literally ended in disaster. Very knowledgeable and fair in his pricing and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommended.

Let's start off with the fact that I own an older (1998) BMW R1100RT. I was faced with a dilemma as to where could I bring the bike for repairs, since the person I was using previously was no longer available and dealerships don't want to work on something that old. After a google search, I found 2 places, one of which was Bick's. I read some of the reviews and they seemed very positive about the work performed by Jay. As with many of the reviews already written, Jay is a real nice guy, very knowledgeable and very thorough. He kept me apprised of everything he found and was repairing on my bike all along the way. I put a couple of hundred miles on the bike since I picked it from Jay and it performs beautifully, I highly recommend Jay, especially if you find yourself in a similar situation as myself.

Had to get a new gas tank for my bike after the original rotted out. Tracked one down and brought it to Bicks to be treated and lined. Jay was very helpful and knows his stuff. Even helped me to remove the little rubber gaskets that may have been lost during the process if they’d stayed on. Excellent customer service, very respectful and helpful. His assistance with older bikes is extremely valuable. Entirely recommend.
