My family has been using Big Apple Auto for decades. Recently we had an unexpected vehicle critical failure. Big Apple Auto assisted with coordination of the tow and very timely diagnosis and repair. This was a significant repair. The explanation and estimate for the repair was also timely as the parts were dealer only. Big Apple Auto is a very experienced automotive repair facility and hire certified technicians. The owner is very involved in day to day operations. Service Writer Johnny and Technician Emerson Flores provided excellent customer service. I highly recommended Big Apple Auto.

Johnny was great! He made the smog check and vehicle inspection super easy and stress-free. He worked quickly but still took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. Super friendly and professional—I’d definitely recommend him if you need a smog check or inspection done.

On a road trip to Montana when the alternator went out. Apple Automotive was the only place who was able to order the part and install it in the same day. Everyone was super friendly, and over the top customer service. They even came out to us to help jump start the car, and got it done a few hours earlier than expected. Shout out to Jim and the crew for amazing, quick and excellent service!

Bid Apple Provided Excellent Service!!! I was traveling through town on a weekend when my car needed serious repairs after business hours. I had to leave my Lexus SC 430 at a residence. Johnny from Big Apple was the Best! He arrange to pick my car up, take it in for diagnosis and an estimate. Parts for my car are beyond difficult to acquire and he did it. They were able to perform everything. He communicated every step of the way. He was professional, positive and curtious. The shop was very clean, all of the staff were fantastic. I recommend Big Apple Automotive.

Jim was very professional and understanding when we had to cancel our appointment and later rescheduled, due to vehicle problems. We took our RV there for an oil change, which was done quickly and thoroughly. The price was reasonable and we obtained an appointment right away. This is our go to place for oil changes and smog checks. We feel confident that the service was done right. The shop is clean and organized.
