I think that Apple automotive is the best repair company there is in the high desert. I get my smog done with them and any other services I need done. They are so helpful and the place is so clean. All the workers are very nice. If you have any problems with your car and you break done they will tow for no charge if you have the repairs done there. So do hesitate picking Apple automotive for your place to choose to get your car work done.

I've been going here for over 5 years now. They have great customer service, are AAA approved ( which means all parts have a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty!) and above all, they are HONEST! They'll tell you whats wrong with your vehicle, what needs to be fixed now and issues that should be addressed later. They send you all that information via a text complete with pictures of the part ON YOUR CAR , not some random manufacturer picture. It's an awesome new tool they have that leaves no question as to what they are talking about! No pressure and no bull! I highly recommend this place. Update: Still the only place I'll go in the High Desert. Recently had to have my master cylinder replaced, and it was done in record time. The staff are always happy and helpful, and Twila and Justin are very knowledgeable and will always help you to get the best deal.

Can't express just how fortunate I was to come across Big Apple Automotive. Had a busted hose in my diesel truck and absolutely no time and money to waste on a big repair job. Thanks to Justin and William/Johnny over at the location on highway 18 I was back on the road in a matter of hours

Big Apple knows what they are doing, Justin and Ivan helped me diagnose and solve and issue I was having a problem with. They are very helpful and good people they want to get you in and out. Will definitely be back for future issues. It’s hard trying to find honest and good mechanics if that’s your worry Big Apple is the way to go.
