I cannot say enough great things about Big Apple Automotive. My husband and I have taken our vehicles to the Bear Valley shop in Apple Valley since they opened. They're honest and have top-notch mechanics. Knowing we have a consistent mechanic shop we can count on has relieved stress throughout the years of driving used vehicles. They've always helped us develop a maintenance plan and taken the time with us to make the best decisions for us. They put their customers first and that makes all the difference.

I am thrilled I found Daniel Day and The Big Apple Auto Crew at Bear Valley location! I had some work done on my Volvo down the hill and when I got home my passenger door lock broke and I couldn't close my door. I couldn't drive it down the hill like that so I called Big Apple Auto on Bear Valley and Daniel said to bring it in. He got my part ordered and came back and got the work done. Daniel Day & Crew are amazing and took amazing care of my Volvo and had it done in a short amount of time. Daniel's knowledge and amazing customer service is why I will be back for sure with my other 2 cars because he really took good care of me and put my mind at ease. I was very stressed about the door not closing and he took over and took care of me. I can't give Daniel, Miguel and crew enough praise for the professionalism they provided me. I haven't been able to trust many mechanics since my husband passed away but Daniel made me feel safe and secure with them working on my Volvo and I am extremely grateful for finding them. I will definitely be back for other work on my cars. Thank you Daniel for fixing my door and putting my mind at ease as far as trusting a new shop to me. AMAZING!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AND DANIEL DAY....

Big Apple Automotive has a fantastic staff.... Miguel M., Service Writer, is delightful and awesome, Erik S., Technician, is great. There was also an additional service writer, Daniel, he too rocks. They are all very knowledgeable, skilled and incredibly helpful. Not only did they do an amazing job but Miguel went out of his way to take me home, pick me up, take me to the bank and offer me a rental at a discount. Erik as well went out of his way to take me home. Great customer service! They definitely have a customer for life. GREAT JOB GENTELMEN! Thank you! Lastly, I want to mention how clean Big Apple Automotive is, they offer hot and cold beverages along with snacks. This is by far the cleanest mechanic shop I've ever been in. Again, I really appreciate everyone at Big Apple Automotive!

Every time I make an appointment for routine maintenance. I always get a 360 inspection outlining anything that needs or should be done. Gives me peace of mind knowing that they care and want the best for me and my car. Will always recommend this service.

New to the desert recently moved from Walnut. Needed an oil change for my Audi Q7 diesel found Big Apple Automotive on Bear Valley . Spoke with Miguel who was so pleasant and helpful set appt for next am (Friday) I was greeted by Miguel & Daniel who were both very friendly, polite, welcoming, knowledgeable. I was impressed and pleasantly surprised with their amazing customer service. Both over the phone and in person. Oil change didn’t take long, reasonable pricing. Next am woke up to oil spill on our drive way. Called right away not realizing it’s closed on Saturday. All plans were halted for the weekend So Bummed. Left message with answering service. First thing Monday morning I get a call from Miguel. He apologized continuously for the inconvenience and offered to come pick up my car and take it to shop to find and repair issue. That in itself spoke volumes , integrity Miguel and the shop demonstrated. They did not at any point try to make excuses or blame me for the problem. They worked on my car double checked it was all ready to go. Called to let me know what happened , explained gasket and oil plug needed replacing. Which they did at no extra charge to us. Apologize again for the inconvenience and drove my car back to my home since I had no other means of transportation. That was Awesome! Amazing customer service. If only all service places would handle a similar situation in this manner. Anyone who deals with the public. Customer service is a big deal and honestly, respect, compassion, communication, kindness goes a long way and says a lot about a person or place. Thanks guys! Great experience I highly recommend THIS shop with THESE guys. They’re Good people.

Big Apple Automotive has always been my go to shop for car repair and maintenance. The mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what needed to be done and why. I especially appreciate the vehicle inspection report that comes with the service. It is very detailed and allows me to prioritize any issues with my car.
