I first called and got a better deal for tires and oil change compared to another place I had an appointment with. I cancelled . I was a little bit late to this appointment but everything went well. Staff friendly, kept me up to date , explained things that will need to be done in the future. When I went to close out. I was told they comped my oil change due to my waiting time. Recommend to anyone and I will definitely come back with my other car !!

Art was great, needed 4 tires and oil change and alignment. He showed me some other repairs that I needed to consider before getting alignment. Actually showed me while car was on the rack with flashlight , etc.he was patient, explained everything gave me quotes with no pressure. I’ve always chosen big brand for this reason !

Art was very nice and helpful. He explained everything that was being done and made sure that I didn't purchase anything I didn't need at that moment. Rob helped me weeks prior to my purchasing of tires to make sure that I used the warranty they had and to get me the best price for new tires. I can't speak for the actual service guys that do the work (I had to go back an hour after the work was done because the alignment was still off). When I came back, Art and Rob made sure that it was taken care of within 10 minutes and was out the door.
