Resolution of Damage Caused During Service.. Toyota referred me a Big brand Tire company for a tire fix, and I simply scheduled an appointment. However, an unqualified technician ended up damaging my brand-new EV car. I have both the previous inspection report and the Big Brand Tire invoice. As I recall, the technician worked on both sides of the vehicle and attempted to lift it. Shortly after this, I took my car to Toyota for a general inspection. There was damage to the body and underside of the car, but it was something the Toyota service missed. I believe the Toyota service team missed this issue during their inspection. I rely on professionals to verify the condition of my vehicle since I only use it for commuting between work and home and haven’t taken it to any other service centers. Last week, when we lifted the car at the Toyota service center, it became evident that the metal part was strained and bent. It’s clear that an attempt was made to lift the car from that area. The real issue here is that it went undetected at the time of service. I noticed the damage while washing my car in detail, which prompted me to return to the service center where we diagnosed the issue. I did not purchase the car in this condition, and the situation has resulted in significant inconvenience caused by both services. I requested that Toyota and Big Brand Tire work together to find a resolution to this problem. There is clear evidence of strain and bending that could not have happened on its own. It was caused by a Big Brand’s technician, and the issue was not corrected, which is evident. I requested them to come to an agreement and resolve this inconvenience. My recommendation to you is to watch the technician when you take your car in for service and inspect your car after picking it up. There is no guarantee that your car won’t be damaged.

This place is absolutely amazing! I got a flat tire out of nowhere. They were the closet spot near me. Everything was getting close to closing and I walked in explained my situation and hoping they could help. With no hesitation at all they said yes no problem! They would have someone change my tire! Everyone was so nice and willing to help me!! I was in and out in 15-20 mins max! Highly recommended this spot!

I’m very satisfied with Big Brand personnel and their customer service was outstanding. During my time there it was very busy however the staff demonstrated professionalism in handling the increase in customers and it appeared the customers left with satisfaction that they were taken care of. The technicians who performed the work were outstanding. I recommend bringing in your vehicle to Big Brand for service.

I scheduled for an oil change, looked like they were packed these guys were super fast! They had cars in and out looks like these guys know what there doing. Really respectful kind I liked that when me and my family were able to sit down and had a gospel movie on felt family friendly. I will be returning
