Service and technicians were helpful and knowledgeable. Saved me a lot of money by telling me I had the wrong wheel before mounting a tire. Prices were good, and I never spent long waiting. This is my new go-to shop. Also capable of servicing my EV, not always a given!

I flew into LA to pick up my uncles car, on my way back to Texas I noticed a slight vibration in my truck, trying to find a shop open on a Sunday is rare. I Googled a nearby tire shop and Big Brand came up with excellent reviews. So I made the drive out of the way and here’s my experience: 1) I showed up right when they opened, explained my problem and was immediately taken in. Ken walked me around my car and was very thorough explaining my tire condition. He did see that there was some wear (as expected) but it wasn’t critical. I asked if I needed new tires he said “Nope, you’ll be fine for a while, just get them checked every now and then or when it’s serviced.” He was very was honest and didn’t try to sell me up a whole new set. 2) My vehicle is a bone stock 2005, Jose went through my truck with a fine tooth comb, did an alignment check and only found one minor problem. 3) Jason told me that I will have to think about replacing that problem within a year from now. They topped off all fluids for my ride back, I asked about the condition of the oil, he said it was clean and should be good until next change. They easily could have raked me under the coals on both but were very honest. 3) The communication throughout the process was excellent, the waiting area is very nice and we were talking about concerts and fishing in between customers. If this shop was in my area, they would have a customer for life and I highly recommend them to anyone else. They are well worth going out of the way if you live outside of San Luis. After all was said and done, I just needed a tire balance and was more than okay paying for that. I’d go to concerts and fish with these guys any day. Big thanks to y’all
