Absolutely horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. I reserved a Uhaul at this location booked on the phone through Uhaul customer service. This location calls me 3 hours before my pickup time to tell me they’re unable to provide a truck and that it was my responsibility to call uhaul and find another location. The lady who Called hung up on me once and then when I called back said she changed my location. Upon calling uhaul no updates were made to my reservation so I had to scramble to find another truck in a mater of hours. Absolutely horrible experience. Would give zero stars if possible.
