My 07 Ford Explorer was stolen and totaled and I took it to Big G auto repair to get it fixed. I was greeted with great hospitality and the employees made sure everything was functioning right to get me back on the road. Overall the quality of work they put into each car is incredible and the outcome speaks for itself.

Went to Big G Auto Repair To Respray my front bumper for my 2007 Nissan 350Z hoping to get it fixed and Big G Auto repair did not disappoint. They even fixed the fitment on the bumper to match perfectly. Paint came out looking fresh off a dealership lot and Very Helpful and supportive staff to make it all happen.

Going to Big G shop after I had been rear ended and my front and back of my car being damaged, not only were they proficient in helping me acquire new parts but also was able to help me save money with my new parts, they showed me quality and professional work throughout my experience being there. They also walked me through the process of throughly diagnosing my car, so if something where to ever happen again I would be able to know what’s wrong with it and be able to identify it and not be stressed out with worrying about automotive accidents and issues. They had beautifully redone my front of the car where I had most problems and if you are thinking about coming here I definitely do recommend it they provide beautiful work to get your car looking like it came from the dealership and provide the best customer service imaginable. I was going to do a repair for some body work at this shop. But when I see a car scraped to the bare shell burning in flames in front of the shop. Then it all made sense. I had a talk with my friend Joey about shops where to get body work done, he said alot of good ones are upstate new york, Joey is a guy who auction and deal with muscle cars and some Toyotas for over 15 years. He told me that back in the day, this shop was good for body work. Honest people. Now those Spanish guys rushing and doing some unprofessional stuff. Like lying about body work that "they did." And crossing batteries on the customer car. And tell the customer that the car has "electrical problems". my friend Joey told me he had a client who picked up a 1999 Nissan GTR slightly modified with bremo brakes, etc etc. The guys working here cross the battery and undercoated the rust. Which eventually rot out the frame. His client had to tow the car out and send it to a shop up in Long Island and had to change the engine harness as it had burned out. Long story short, he had it for a while, and then a car rear ended it. The whole rear of the car mangled bad, and the metal of the frame flew all over the road. The guy is stuck in a coma up to this day. I refuse to take my expensive classic Acura nsx to this shop, especially seeing a car burning there. With that story, my boy Joey told me, and seeing that, it makes sense why someone would light their strip car in flames in front of this shop. He forwarded me some pictures of the car rust after the accident of his client car. Note that this car left Big G body shop after 7 months. Mechanic shop here idk but definitely a solid 1/10 from me. this place is a place to waste your money and time. Don't go. (Edit) What a shame. The easy thing to do is deny everything. You got a man life on your hands. You talk about how much I pay. 1st off, I can buy and sell you. I was going to give you guys a job to restore my nsx. But i got a tip of how you guys are operating. My importer sent the car upstate. I don't make time for this kind of thing. But you people lie about everything you do. Look, there are photos from the crash. You guys didn't do what a body shop does, and fix these rust repairs. And now you are saying that man can't drive🤦‍♂️. Rumors up in your shop say your guys barely speak English. I wouldn't trust fools to touch my car battery or my car in general. I am warning the people. $ not an issue. I have been in the car world ever since the 90s. Owning nsx rx7 aristos, etc. I hear about your crooked shop. And what you doing isn't good. Stop lying to the people and putting their lives in danger by covering up your "job" for money. A bunch of lying thieves in this place. Fix your act or close down🤦‍♂️. My vote closed down. You guys make it bad for yourself, and you know that.
