Such a great experience! It was an accident that I called them, but I could not be more grateful. They were fast, 15-20 minute wait time from the minute I called them. My driver (Don) was so kind and helpful. I will definitely keep their number on speed dial and ask for the same guy! Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier.

Worst experience ever. I spoke with a lady who promised to call back after she found out where the truck driver was. Not only did she NEVER call back, they did not answer the phone after I tried calling back several times. Yes, I can totally understand if it was busy, but simple communication yo say that would have been greatly appreciated. I sat in a cold car late at night with my two young kids very frustrated thanks to this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Learn to communicate.

Had a tough day yesterday with my vehicle. Called big mikes towing and with in the allotted time they where there and towed my vehicle to its destination. Driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. My experience with this company was tremendous. I will recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Very smooth transaction 10/10.

The workers at Big Mikes Towing were great. Very friendly, and professional. I needed them to come and jump my car battery and Jerry came quickly this morning. Before calling Big Mikes, I had tried 4 other locations and nobody answered. Big Mikes answered immediately.

Called for a tow today, but driver wanted to try a boost first. Went out of his way to figure out boosting me, whatever it took! So friendly, came in great time. Ended up getting me going and saved me a lot of hassle and extra money! Would recommend, and use again!
