Great experience. I had a side wall puncture on a relatively new vehicle’s rear passenger side and wanted the exact same tire to replace it. Called Eric. They didn’t have it in stock but he assured me he could get it that very same day. The quote was very much in line with what I researched already and had expected. Eric called me as soon as the tire arrived and once there, they took care of it in under 30 minutes. I will definitely be back to this location these guys act quickly and get things done!

*DO NOT GO HERE* it’s horrible, came here had a checkup on my suspensions, they supposedly “balanced” my tires. I was waiting for 3 HOURS. then when I was driving out I heard a bolt fell out, when I was going to go visit my mother my car was shaking so much like if I was going over piles of rocks. I went back explained everything they just said “it’s probably a weight” then went to redo the balance, came back less than 5 minutes and said they’re done (they did nothing to fix the problem)

Eric and the team at West Covina Big O Tires are awesome! We were traveling from out of state and needed to replace a tire. It was late on Saturday afternoon and they were able to replace the tire and get us back on the road! They were very helpful and we highly recommend them if you’re in need of new tires
