Emanuel’s customer service was excellent. He’s knowledgeable and kind, and we didn’t feel pressured to make hasty or unnecessary decisions. We were able to get our tires changed much faster than other places we looked at, and they were considerate of our time. Emanuel is a great, honest guy and he’s looking to give the best service possible. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! I was walking with a flat tire, and Emmanuel went above and beyond to help me. He not only assisted me with the issue but fixed it so perfectly that I felt completely at ease. Emanuel who helped me was very professional and courteous. I took my car in to get a rotation and an oil change. Multiple mechanical issues with my car came up, including one that I already knew about. Emanuel and the technician who did my oil change took the time to explain the situation to me clearly. I would definitely recommend this location.

This shop combines the best of a national chain—fully stocked tires, excellent equipment, a comfortable waiting room with fast Wi-Fi, and transparent pricing—with the personalized touch of a locally owned business. Unlike many tire shops, this location also offers wheel alignment services, which is a big plus. Manager Emanuel gave me an "out-the-door" price on Wednesday and recommended coming by Thursday morning to minimize my wait time while getting four tires replaced and an alignment. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient the process was—everything was completed in just one hour. To top it off, I even got a discount on the quoted price! Emanuel runs the shop like a true local business owner: treating customers with a warm smile, patience, and professionalism. It's clear they value building lasting relationships with their customers. I'll definitely be returning!
