Big O Tires

Had a tire repair needed help. Discovered that brakes also needed repairs. My wife and I are both Military Veterans. They said no problem we’ll take care of you. $5000 later they gave us NO discounts and even snuck in $70 per tire warranty we didn’t ask for. Called the shop, they said we give a discount on labor as per instructions from our boss. Labor was $80 per hour, and they charged more time than they took. Honestly I wouldn’t be as upset but the shop told us we’d get a deal. Then proceeded to not remotely give us one AT ALL.

Zack, the operator of the store, exudes calmness and is quite informative. He let us know that many parts of the car were in tip top shape and advised of an item that would need attention soon. I trust him.

I've been a lifelong America's Tire guy and decided to give the O a try. Brand new Michelin 2 yrs ago. Fast forward to last week and got a screw in the tire. Michelin has a lifetime road hazard warranty. Brought to Big O yesterday. Got it back quickly. Good. I was given a hard sell on brakes. Bad. My sensors aren't even squeeking yet. Whatever. I drive. On the way home, my tire pressure sensor goes off again. Tire is now flat. Will bring back today and update.

8-27-24 i ran over something and got a hole in my driver rear tire. I quickly drove over to Big O Tires and was helped immediately. Zach Najjar took awesome care of not only myself, but my car as well. He and his team worked quickly and professionally to get my tire fixed and to get me back on the road.

Came on a Friday Jul/26th @ 6:50am for an emergency, my Tesla MY had a flat tire, the the guy in the front (tall dude with a lite brown beard), had the front door unlocked and open, every time a customer walked in, that guy was kicking them out saying "we don't open till 7am". Waited till 7am, then he came out with an attitude, told him to check my flat tire and lets see what are my options, he replied "we don't check tires buddy, we only replace them, if you want a new one, I will sell you a new one, but yea we are not going to check tires". I told him to do whatever it takes to work on his attitude and learn some manners, I pointed and said working at McDonald's across the street, cleaning bathrooms and picking trash might help, and walked away. I'm HB local and telling all my pals not coming back here.
