Big O Tires

Edit again again again: I noticed you reply to a positive comment TODAY, completely ignoring me again. Edit again again: 7 months and no reply? I saw you reply to someone last week. How embarrassing for you. Edit again: I just ended up with a $1600 brake job because Big O has been telling me for 4 years that they were fine. Far from fine, one was so messed up they couldn't possibly have been checking it because it required extra disassembly to fix due to the damage I didn't know about and have been driving around for thousands of miles a month on for the last 4 years. So this is what Big O means when they say your pcv is shot and you need to replace the whole valve cover. I get all my work here, or at least I did. You bàstards could've just replaced this hose when you had the thing apart (instead of putting it back on improperly and exacerbating the problem, and saved me the trouble of risking doing it myself to avoid a 500-600 dollar repair bill. I don't know why I even went back after another tire place told me my hubs were loose from when Big O did the wheel bearings almost a year ago. Edit: after I hit submit, I saw a little plastic retaining clip and wondered where it could possibly go, and then I saw it. They left this on the ledge under the weather stripping for the hood. And since they forced me to take matters into my own hands, I broke off the coil pack bolts they probably overtightened and now I can't put the engine back together and I've got to get a new cylinder head. Big O in Needles is actively trying to ruin your car. Anyway, after fixing the holes, replacing the coil packs and the plugs and that hose they ruined, months of frustration surrounding an oil leak and a misfire seems to finally be behind me.

We were 20 miles out of Needles when we blew a tire on our 28' travel trailer in 113 degree heat. Got tire changed. Went to Big O Tire in Needles on Broadway and bought 4 new tires. They mounted and changed all 4 tires in less than an hour in this heat. Number 1 in my book. Simply amazing
