Great experience with Garcia and his team at Big O Tires this morning. I had experienced a flat tire on my car this morning on my way to work and pulled in at 7AM right when they opened. Garcia the manager was very accommodating and immediately worked with his team to get my car into the shop and found a nail that they removed and patched up very quickly. I was in and out of the facility and my day was only impacted by 30 minutes. Greatly appreciate the team here and for the timely support in getting me back on the road!

It’s refreshing to find a business that still gives customers a true sense of community and understanding. A big thank you to Garcia and his team at Big O Tires for their outstanding service (steering system)—they got my Chevy Tahoe back on the road in great shape. I had 39,000 miles on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and one tire had a slow leak due to a nail. Steve advised that I needed a new set of tires and gave me a good deal on Big O brand tires and I received one for free. Installation was fast and the new tires make a big difference in a smooth ride. This is the fourth set of tires I have purchased at Big O and the products and service have always been great.

Took my car in for routine maintenance. Ended up having to have a bunch of other stuff done, of course. Three weeks later, my check engine light won't go off, I've got rough acceleration with very little power and lots of vibration, and my car telling me it's running hot. I looked under the hood this morning. The coolant reservoir was dry. Obviously, damage has been done. Will I take it back? Not on your life. I'm taking it to a dealership service/repair where they might charge more in the short run, but you know you're getting quality service for the long run.. Done with Big-O. Haven't been satisfied there in awhile, because I always seem to have to take the car back. And now this. Sorry guys, but I'm gonna tell everyone I know, stf away from Big-O!
