Jason, had a disappointing experience at Big Q Auto that I feel compelled to share. After paying $4,000 for service, Jason was shocked to return and find his back window smashed while my car was on their property. When he brought this to the attention of Eric, the manager, he expected some understanding or at least a willingness to help. Instead, he was met with a dismissive attitude that was both frustrating and unprofessional. They did tape up the back window and refused to pay a new window. It's one thing to deal with an unfortunate incident, but Eric's response left a bad taste in his mouth. He seemed more interested in brushing off than addressing the issue or taking responsibility. Jason would not recommend Big Q Auto based on this experience. Good customer service is crucial, especially when mistakes happen, and unfortunately, this place fell short. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Really poor experience all around. Had a broken mirror, the cashier ordered me a new one that would take a few days. He assured me it was the correct mirror and that it was special order so would take a few days. They forgot to follow up when it arrived which cost me a day until I had to follow up. Once I brought the car in, I received a call that the wrong mirror had been ordered. It wouldn’t have a blind spot detector and the right part would be another $350 and take 4 more days to arrive. I asked if everything else other than the blind spot detector was a perfect match. I was told yes, so I asked them to install the mirror. When I arrived to pick up the car, the new mirror was a black plastic finished mirror, and my other mirror was chrome backed. They almost had me drive off with two completely different mirrors after paying in advance for the service. When they realized the error, I was told it was lunch hour and it would be about 30 minutes, and then I waited in the lobby for two hours with no apology for all the inconvenience and poor work. Disorganized, lack of follow through, poor quality work, and zero customer service.

Great experience and friendly staff! I noticed my wheel well cover was sagging and they fixed it at no cost. Firestone wouldn't even look at it even though they had recently replaced the tire in the same well.

100 percent recommendation for big Q Auto! I brought my Honda insight in to have my air-conditioning checked and contrary to other estimates of hundreds to thousands of dollars, Big Q was able to diagnose my system and repair my air conditioning the same day at an amazing price. Our entire repair was handled by the friendliest service person named Fredo, who explained the entire process of diagnostics and even offered us a discount coupon that we otherwise wouldn’t have known about. I can’t say enough about how happy I am to have found big Q and will continue to send as much business there as possible and continue to have my cars serviced there. How to flat was in the area they were the nearest shop to me. I called the shop before I pulled up and asked him if they could put air in my tire indicated that he will put air in my tire for free but did not tell me that they were closing their shop in 10 minutes so as I’m arriving to the shop, I see that all the automotive doors are closed and I called into the shop. They’re saying oh we just closed about 10 minutes ago but looking online it says they close at 4 PM so make sure on a Sunday if you do go to The shop make sure you’re there before 4 PM or 317 in the afternoon because they will close on you good business
