I recently had my car repaired at this collision center, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jose, the owner, was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. From the moment I stepped into his office, he reassured me that my car was in good hands, and he was absolutely right! Jose and his team were thorough and professional, making my car look brand new. The pricing was reasonable, the quality of work was outstanding, and everything was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of collision repair.

I truly recommend big rig collision for any accident related issues. Not only did they make the experience stress free, they worked with my insurance every step of the way on getting my truck back on the road quick and looking better than before. They’re 100 percent professional with their customer service and their shop is filled with state of the art equipment. I recommend them and will be going back if I’m ever in a accident again. My husband had previously used Big rig collision and when I was hit by another car he decided this was the place he wanted to use for that repair. I can say when I picked up my R350 it looked great I would even say it looked better than before. I am very grateful for Jose he is very kind and helpful. Thank You for the wonderful job you did on my MB. I fell in love with it all over again thanks to your amazing work.

2019: So I came back a couple years later to get a full service paint job on both the car and motorcycle. These guys take great pride in their work and customer service. They kept me updated with changes along the way and accommodated requests I had. Their attention to detail is second to none. They are a creative team where each member contributes creative ideas for the overall customized look. I'll be going back for other body work and painting needs as necessary. They are trustworthy, sensitive to customer's budget, and all about producing a product that they are proud of. 2017: OUTSTANDING doesn't even begin to describe the quality and customer service. Came in to get hood latch fixed im low on money at the moment Jose helped me out with a temporary fix and secured my latch tight down until i can properly get everything fixed zero cost , just a real human being , need alot more people like Jose hes a solid guy , whenever you need something done ask for Jose 💯🙌🏾
