Big Steve’s Designz

I have taken my 2021 Harley Davidson Road Glide Limited to Big Steve’s designz about 6 times for work. Steve has done excellent work all the time. My motorcycle has been returned to me as promised. If there was a delay on his part, I received a text/call explaining why.

I called this place to have my handlebars wired, instantly I was told it would take around 5 hours and that they would be done the next day. He delivered that promise, and did not charge me more even though it took longer than 5 hours. I will be coming back here for ALL motorcycle upgrades, and will be recommending everyone to come to this place for anything motorcycle related.

I picked Steve to put accent lights on my motorcycle because his reputation is well known. Bottom line. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations!

I had a great experience with Big Steve's Designz. He looked over my bike that was previously with Keith of Bad Boyz Customz Inc. shop, located in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. Keith did a horrible job on my bike, but Steve gave me great customer service, was patient, and down to earth, especially when he saw my frustration. He'd shown me all the parts that I paid Keith to do, that were never changed! I recommend EVERYONE to Big Steve's Designz

A year and half after dropping of our Hayabusa and thousands of dollars paid to Big Steve (cash) picked up the bike. Where to start - paint could not be matched so he ordered new plastic which has gaps, scratches, covers chrome trim because openings are uneven and are completely ill fitting. Not to mention the time to get the bike back together with the reasoning being delays due to COVID but won't talk about all the other bikes he has posted that went back to the owners over the time our bike was there. Steering hits front plastic so you can't turn to the right. Steering itself after fork repair is completely loose and almost wreched testing bike after pulled out of trailer. Bike was to be tuned and flashed which if done the bike would not be running so poorly oh and let's not forget the error code it now has. I had to buy a new battery even though it wasleft there with a new battery but he fried the lithium battery by charging mistakes. This verified by battery manufacturer. Excuse after excuse and sure there will not be anything done to make this right now that all the cash has been paid unless I get an attorney. The bike was running, safe and plastic was perfectly fitted when it was left...now it is a hot mess! If I could upload pictures here I would. Save your money and find a quality bike customizer. UPDATE: @Big Steve's Designz-Tell the truth? Truth - you got the battery before pick up. Truth - "No mechanical work" I have invoice to prove otherwise - brakes which don't stop, ECU Flash and tune up, etc. Well over $1000 of mechanical work or else I am due a refund of the cash paid. I have no reason to not tell the truth. We have a motorcycle with sub-par plastic and paint with multiple gaps, misfits, etc. I have the invoice, texts and pictures for my counsel as well as anyone who wants to know the "Truth"!
