Worst company ever. They over charged you by hours. The company only want to make money if they drive 20 min then they will charge you for hours rate. We was following the towing truck that only take 1 hour then they charge us for 2 hours towing . Very ripoff don’t use this company. So bad

Called on a busy night to schedule a tow to a new mechanic shop. The call back from the customer service rep was delayed to confirm my appointment. A manager or owner called and apologized for the inconvenience, and would recommend their services.

Their driver showed up fully drunk and was almost an hour late. Ridiculous and shady towing company. Needs to get their business license revoked.
