Brought my ninebot max in for a rear flat tire repair. The lady was very knowledgeable in explaining my options and ride performance. They charged $100 for a stock tire swap or $120 for an airless puncture proof tire (parts + labor price) which I opted for. Installation and pickup was ready in 40 minutes, great service and turn around time!

I recently bought a used NineBot Max and the front tire was losing air. So I went to this store and the lady was really nice she checked and explained to me what was happening with 2 available options. She was also very transparent about the pricing and the time required to complete the job. Once we agreed upon a solution they fixed my bike with the new tires within 30 minutes. Best place for e-bike solution as they have the best knowledge and don’t waste your time.

Amazing owner and great mechanic!! Great local full repair bicycle and electric scooter shop! He cut and installed a new fork, trued my wheels, replaced a spoke, and fitted a new chain in less than an hour! Did great quality work for very good prices. I would highly recommend anyone going there!

I went there to get my right brake fixed, they asked me for 50. I paid and after i get home, brake wasn’t FIXED like it should have been at all. 2 weeks after that, i got a flat tire. I went there to get it fixed, they asked 100 for a brand new tire and new inner tube. I paid and they gave me my nanrobot d6+ Scooter. I swear on everything i love, when i get back home, flat tire again. They made me think i got a brand new tired and but they gave me an inner tube with a hole already as you can see in the pictures. SAME DAY! Whenever you go there to get something fixed, they tell you to come back in a few hours while they’re making your bike/scooter worse than it was! Trash company! Do not go there! Still up to this day, my right brake is not fixed, those chinese people are scamming in delancey!

Not surprised they closed. Although they were able to replace my rear tire there were several issues. 1. The guy tried to charge me a higher price from what I was quoted on the phone. 2. They said they fixed my brake, which I didn’t ask for. It actually felt very loose afterwards and requires more time to stop now. 3. Later I realized they swapped out my rear fender and front plate for broken parts!!! I realized there were missing screws too. If they reopen find another shop!!
