Justin from the Service Department was professional and helpful. He made my experience hassle-free with my busy work schedule. Justin used both options to call/text me to give me updates on my vehicle which I appreciate. I am very particular and detailed person when it comes to my vehicle. I know maintenance and repairs could be expensive and mine was. But if you want S+ graded service I recommend this place without hesitation.

Warning!!!Do not buy here. Very dishonest sales team and management.We seen online price of 28k,when we asked Andy price,he looked at his screen and said mid 30k.Asked again to confirm,told again mid 30k.When I told him the online price he stated 'I'm just doing my job'.Then the manager tried to tell us ,it didn't matter that they would sell at the online price.Well it does matter,you ignored the fact your salesman bumped up the price 7k and you ignored it as if it was a norm.No apologies for your conman salesman which tells me exactly what to expect if I had purchased anything from you crooks.And to respond saying I hadn't been there,really well I've added my timeline to put yet another lie to rest.

Very friendly attentive and quick Service was provided to me. I just moved back from Houston Tx never been to this Dealer and they treated me like family. Addressed all my issues was not pushy on my recommended service they work with me! I love my new Service Team

Worst experience I have ever experienced at a dealership. Purchased a $100,000 truck that was treated like garbage when it was in service. Also truck wasn’t even cleaned when I purchased. In service they needed to replace the grill 3 times and also dropped something on my bumper that had gone through the paint. So purchased truck in July and after all the bs, I didn’t get to really keep it at home and drive it until September. Let me add the first loaner that was given to me for a couple weeks was a used terrain with 70k miles that was filthy and had a leak out of 2 tires. But everytime I brought my truck in, it left with more damage. NEVER BUY HERE, THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR PEOPLE. I WOULD DO 0 STARS IF IT WAS A OPTION!!!!

I had a scheduled appointment at 10 AM yesterday, and unfortunately, the service experience was far below expectations. Upon arrival, the garage door did not open, so I walked inside, assuming there was an issue. The woman at the service desk did not acknowledge me, and when I informed her of my appointment, she simply stated that I needed to pull my truck in—despite clearly seeing that I had already attempted to do so. When I inquired about what to expect from the first oil change, her response was dismissive, as if answering was an inconvenience. She briefly mentioned an oil change and general inspection while handling paperwork but made no effort to provide details. I also brought up a recurring noise issue, even showing a video, hoping for some insight. Instead, it was disregarded entirely. Upon pickup, she was eating lunch at her desk and appeared annoyed when I approached, implying that I should have known to go to the cashier's desk for my paperwork and keys. Additionally, the service itself was incomplete—my DEF was not topped off, my truck was left outside of a parking spot, my noise concern was ignored, and the oil life indicator still read 25% despite only 3,000 miles on the vehicle. This experience reflects a complete lack of concern for the customer. The attitude of the service representative was unprofessional, and it was clear she had no interest in assisting me. Given this, I see no reason to schedule another service appointment at this location.

"I recently purchased a truck from this dealership for over $100,000, only to be told that the shaking of the mirror is considered 'normal.' This is absolutely unacceptable, as it is clearly a defect that should be addressed. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction and the refusal to resolve the issue reflects poorly on the dealership’s commitment to quality service. I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from this location, as my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. They have failed to meet basic expectations for customer service and product quality, and I will not be returning."

Was taken to work , the fixed the car promptly and called me to pick me up. That services itself is invaluable. Car runs well. Service department were knowledgeable and did a great job. That has not always been the case.
