I will never allow anyone else but Rick Biller to care for my car. Between the flood and trying to get a specialized part for my car that had to come from Tennessee, Rick had to keep my car for several weeks ( which I didn’t mind as I’m retired). He had my car when the flood came and when he was able to call , he assured me my car was safe inside the locked bay and high up on the lift. I can’t tell you how relieved I was. Rick called and kept me up to date on what was going on when the original part didn’t work. He helped me tremendously in making informed decisions as I’m single and don’t know about cars. His garage is always spotless and clean. His prices are reasonable and competitive. He and his wife are good Christian people. I, my son and daughter in law have used his services and trust Rick for all of our car repair needs

I had a wonderful experience will Biller Auto repair. I had issues with my brakes which lead to a very frightening experience coming down off a mountain. He pushed aside his other work to make mine a priority. He got me right in and gave me a reasonable price. Very pleased.

We are visiting from Florida and were concerned of our Caravan brakes. The first place we saw close by was Biller so I called and spoke to Rick. We stopped by Saturday around noon. He said he would call me back and let me know if he could helped us and he did! He even offered to help us on his day off (Sunday). Even though we end up taking care of it in Asheville, it was important for me to leave a review cause he kept his word and that means a lot to me. Thanks!

I let this guy do all my work exclusively. Would just drop off my vehicles not even asking for quotes or anything. Took the Volkswagen to him to fix the emergency brake and when I picked it up the hill assist wasn't working and the brake pedal was soft and would go to the floor if you held it. I told him that Volkswagen said he didn't bleed the brakes right and had to be power bled but he argued saying the master cylinder went bad wanted $450 plus labor to do it. Then just said I don't even want to mess with it. And I'd already paid him for the work before I drove it. So not only did he let a customer go out in a car with faulty brakes but then refused to fix what was already paid for. I took the car to Alan at Domestic and sure enough all it needed was bled properly by power bleeding the system. It's bad when you have a good customer that brings you all his vehicles and refers others and you want to do this.

I can’t say enough to express my deep gratitude for Biller Automotive. My car broke down while taking my mom for a medical procedure at the hospital in Waynesville. While she leaves in Sylva, I had driven in from Northern Durham to take her and had no idea where to take my car. I trusted the reviews on goggle and went with Biller. Not only did he work all day Saturday to replace my radiator and give me a incredibly kind price, but he asked about my mom and showed a sincere concern for her well being. Thank you for showing that kind, caring, and honest people are still alive and well in America!!!
