Took my 2023 Silverado to get a tire repaired because of a nail and specifically asked the guy to be careful with my wheels as the OEM wheels are black. Never taking my cars there again, this is the second time it happens where they scratch my wheels. I thought the second time would be different and they would be more careful but I guess not. My wheels had no marks what so ever prior to this. Now there is 3 different scuff marks on my new wheels.

This review should have 5 stars but they ignored a very simple safety concern. They got me in quick to fix a flat on a loaded flatbed. I let the tire guy know that I run cateyes on the rear duals so the other tire on duals was low on air as well. Went in to take care the bill came and check tire pressure on both tires and the one I informed him about was at 75 psi.... this is a tow truck and was fully loaded. They were ready to send me out on a flat basically, the normal pressure is 110 for this application. Thankfully I checked and aired it up myself. If u take safety seriously don't come here.

I had an exceptional experience at Billingsley Tire this morning when I came in with a flat tire. To my amazement, the team, led by the incredibly professional Tom, had my tire fixed in just 15 minutes! Tom was not only accommodating but also ensured I understood everything that was being done. Thanks to their swift and efficient service, I made it to work right on time, without any hassle. The pricing was very fair, adding to the overall excellent service. I highly recommend Billingsley Tire—they truly are the best tire shop in town!

Billingsley Tire is THE place to go for any tire issues (and others) you may have. They have top notch customer service, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have limped in there with a flat tire on two occasions, and they saved the day with their rapid response to fix my flat and get me back on the road again. Blake jumped right on the repair when I got there and I was heading back to work in no time. I can't say enough good things about this place!
