I am so greatful for these guys! My bronco was 3 weeks old since bought and someone hit me when i was at a stop sign. Billion was so amazing they got me in a fixed. And it looks beautiful. A huge shout out to Lonnie and his team! Also a huge shout to everyone who works up front! Thank you so much

This has been the worst customer service experience I've had in my life, in any industry. I dropped my truck off for some straight-forward deer-collision bodywork on March 11 and now, on May 15th, over two months later, it's still no closer to being finished. Worse, I've been consistently and blatantly lied to, told over and over that "it'll hopefully done by next week," when in reality, parts hadn't even ordered until after they had been sitting on truck for over 40 business days. Constant lies, and I can't get anyone to return my phone calls. It's so absurd that it's almost criminal. As a comparison, when my other car needed a similar level of body work last year, my wife took it to Crash Champions. They were honest, professional, and had the job completed beautifully in 2 weeks. I picked Billion because that's where I bought my truck, but what a mistake. I'll never buy a vehicle there again or have service done. You're asking for a real headache if you do business with this shop.

Lots of damage after a car accident. I chose Billion partly because they were convenient. Also, they said they thought they could get the car done quicker than other places had said, though I was skeptical about that. But it turned out they were right. They got the car repaired much faster than I had feared, given what I had heard form other folk who had had accidents recently. Billion told me that this was partly because of the easy availability of Subaru parts. They did a very good job on the repair. Billion's people were friendly, helpful, and always got back to me when I called. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company.

Customer service is terrible and I was constantly being lied to. The person who was managing my vehicle repair estimated that it would take 3 weeks. He gave me a date to drop my vehicle off. After my truck was in the shop for 3 weeks, they never reached out about progress. I called the office and he told me they were "still working away on it" and told me it would be ready within another week, but I drove by and saw my truck still sitting in the parking lot completely untouched. I called again in a week, left a message, and someone texted me that it would be yet another week. By this time they had moved my truck into the yard but had still not taken the topper off or done any work. My truck was finally done within 5 1/2 weeks. I was constantly calling the office and received no communications from anyone. I would have preferred the representative to be honest with me about their schedule because I was paying for the rental vehicle out of pocket and needlessly paid for 4 weeks for a rental. When I brought this up with the estimator, he was unapologetic and made excuses. In addition to this headache, the spray-on bedliner was installed incorrectly, but I am loath to make a complaint considering my experience. These people treat you like they do not need your business, probably because they don't actually need your business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
