Billion Auto Group

Had my spouse take our 23 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Billion Auto Group. We were looking into a airbag light and sos light that just came on a couple weeks ago. We also purchased extended warranty coverage on this jeep I received a text from my spouse with a photo from the mechanics at billion shown in the photo below. Said we are not covered because of rodents yet the wire was broke at the unibody clip which had the wire at a sharp 90 till it broke o well. Ok well how much are they asking to fix this. She lets me know that Tara her service writer said they want $1000.00 for the wire repair. I had her pick the car up and bring it home 4 bolts air box out and what I find is 2 wires going to the crash sensor broke. 20 min soldered cleaned and put back together which got rid of the sos/airbag light. I wouldn't expect this kind of service on a new $48,000 car with 12 thousand miles. Mind you we also received a $240.00 inspection fee for a wire you could pop the hood and look down at. What a joke Billion Auto Group is one wire repair to reconnect two wires will cost you $1250.00 . Do not do business at this dealership they will do everything they can to take your wallet.

Dain has been so helpful, patient and supportive, answering all of my questions, no matter how mundane they must seem to him! I took my 23 Jeep Grand Cherokee due to a airbag light and SoS light that came on last week. Was charged $240.00 for the inspection and quoted 1000.00 for the wire repair that wasn't covered by my warranty or extended coverage I purchased due to rodent damaged. My spouse look at the photo they sent which was posted below. When I told him what they said and that they quoted $1000.00. I took the car home and after my spouse took the air box out 4 or 5 bolts he fixed the wires in 20 minutes. Do not do business here they will scam you for sure.

I was shopping for a vehicle, but wasn't fully sure of what I wanted to get that would work well for my family. I stopped in, and Rob Niebuhr helped me out. He was more than willing to go around and show me various vehicles across lots, share his experience and knowledge, and try to find a vehicle that suited my needs. He was exceedingly helpful, but as we narrowed into the actual vehicle I was looking to purchase, they did not have the vehicle across their many dealership sites. I ended up finding the vehicle elsewhere, but I really appreciated all of Rob's help, both through looking in person and sending me leads from their other stores online. While I didn't purchase a vehicle from him this time, this was one of the few dealerships I went to, that I would be happy to return to in the future. Thanks Rob!
