After owning my vehicle for over a year, then suddenly, my windshield began leaking when going through the car wash. I went to a glass specialist who informed me my window had been replaced at some point, prior to me. Now, I had worked in the industry before I knew most often if a vehicle came in on a trade and had any cracks in the windshield it got replaced. So my next thought was to call the dealership to find out if, in fact, they had replaced it prior to me purchasing it. They were not only honest and admitted it r3placing it, but more than willing to bring it in and take a look. Upon inspection, they took full ownership over the install and got me right in to get it taken care of with no doubt and no hassle. The way they simply owned a simple mistake and honored their work a year after I'd purchased the vehicle when they could have easily told me I'd have to file it with my warranty. For this experience alone, I will seek out my next vehicle through them. That integrity means everything! Thank you, Tony!

After buying a vehicle from billion I have had nothing but issues with their service department when it comes to warranty service. I have scheduled multiple appointments with them to come back to a vehicle that wasn’t even looked at during the day or two it was left there. After recently having a transmission warrantied with them I had more issues upon picking it up. When I brought it back the following day to have them check out what was wrong they told me they couldn’t give me a set time to look at it and they would get to it when they could get it to. I highly recommend staying away from purchasing or service your vehicles with Billion Auto Group.

Dropped our car off for JUST an oil change, ended up getting charged $293 for an oil change and 2 air filters to be put in…part of that $110 was for labor which is insane considering our car was there for maybe an hour and a half (and that’s being generous). Complete robbery. Never taking my car here again.

Went in just have my sun roof looked at to see what was wrong with my sun roof and the repair cost. Long story short the cost of the repair was to high for what I could afford right now and told them I'd wait. After I picked up my vehicle I noticed they had broken the sun roof more then it had been allowing more rain water in and not allowing me to use the sun roof at all. Not only that but they left the electric panel for my lights disconnected (I had already snaped the other half in place before I thought to take a photo.) I called in and was told the service manager would contact me after a meeting. Well about noon I called and got their voice mail left message and called again later in the day to find out they had been dodging my calls. If I was you I'd avoid getting any repairs you can done here.

Misdiagnosed crack in my AC said all my gas had passed out because the molecules were so small and wanted to charge me 1k to fill it. This is on a 2018 mind you. I smelled something fishy and took it to another mechanic and sure enough there was a crack in my condenser. Now I think they are deceitful and won't ever take another vehicle there again or buy another vehicle from them again.
