BJ's Tire Center

I have been a customer at this BJ’s tire for the past few years. After my experience at this location on 11/10/24, I will not ever be back. Tire manager Christie or Christine and staff member Ramel or Rumel provided the worst experience. Long story short, I had a flat and had my car towed as I had to go to work later that day. When I got to the shop, Ramel rudely told me he can’t help me without even asking how he could help… He then calls his manager Christine, who was also extremely rude. She said she is busy helping members “with more important problems who were just in a car accident” and she cannot order tires, so I will have to wait for staff from the next day’s shift to do that. I completely can understand if I could not have been helped as they were busy and understaffed, but it was the outright lack of customer service and care, that is making me leave this review. There are ways in which you speak to people that can make all the difference. Additionally, ANY retail store has influxes of high and low volume, many times with short staff. I have worked in environments like this myself for many years. Not once have I ever treated customers the way Christine and Ramel spoke to me. It was uncalled for. Had I been treated in a decent manner, I would not have any problem with not being assisted that day. It is the way in which Rumel and Christine handled themselves that disgusted me. They should both be ashamed of the manner they carry themselves in while under pressure, especially to a customer who did not get loud or angry with them, but remained respectable the entire time.

I called the schedule an appointment for a full set of tires. No one answered the phone. I was bounced back between customer service and the tire center FIVE times before I gave up. I made an appointment elsewhere for my tires.

Good place for bulk purchases. They usually have food samples but I think you have come before 3pm.

The workers are so nice, when I stop them to find something in my orders they will walk you to the aisle to make sure you find what you are looking for. Thanks BJ's workers

The majority of the employees are hard workers and honest workers. One individual named Clay seem to have not gotten the memo. He told me that I would be receiving my tire the next day. Still not here three days later. Another employee tried to compensate to help, but it turns out that there’s a problem with the delivery in general. I was open to refund, and requested to get my tire tire back as well. Other employees were shocked that he even removed the tire from the car. They would have gotten one star if it wasn’t for the outstanding help from Joel.
