Customer Reviews

Even in 2025 certain men in the automotive industry treat women like we are dumb. The so "called customer service rep." Was using his big fancy automotive jargon and when I asked him for clarification he accused me of lying saying I knew what he was talking about, with an ugly look on his face. So rude and unprofessional, the way he spoke to me was unnecessary, very disappointed in this dealership. I was planning on giving them repeat business in the future, but never again, plus I'm going to tell everyone I know about how they treat people.

By far the worst service. Complete disregard of my time. I had a 3:30 appointment and I let the advisor know I would stay. I sat in the waiting room for my vehicle to be ready. I was never notified by the advisor when my vehicle was ready. I thought it was so strange when the employees were locking up and leaving. Also my service advisor left. At the end of the day after waiting 2 1/2 hours someone approached me to ask what vehicle I was waiting for and admitted my car had already been ready for an hour. No apology. No discount. We have bought vehicles from this dealer and always went there for regular maintence. They Lost a loyal customer I will not return and definitely won’t recommend anyone else to their dealership either. Do better!

Had to leave before completing my visit because the employee, Miguel (or Manuel), tall skinny kid…smelled strongly of weed. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, so I ended up taking my business to Hedrick’s instead

Lost my business. Check engine light keeps coming on and off on my chevy volt. They only have 2 EV techs at this location (and they will let you know it) The earliest appointment for EVs is usually 3 weeks out. By the time I went in, my check engine light was off. They were unable to diagnosis the issue or to get the check engine light to turn back on, so they preformed a software update and said, "hopefully that fixes the issue." I still had to pay the $269 diagnostic fee even though they didn't successfully diagnose anything. That seems like an expensive software update to me. The funny thing is, I used my own code reader and told them what the code was and that still didn't help them. My check engine light came back on 3 weeks later and now they are unable to see my car for 3 weeks from now. I asked, "won't it make it easier for you, if you can see the car when the light is on." They said, "yeah, but we just can't get you in." I said, "well, what if the light is off when I come in like last time." They said, "We'll figure it out when we get it in..." To top it off, they were going to charge me the $269 again. I argued that I already paid it, they were unable to find the problem that time, and the issue still exists. They said, but we don't know what the problem is, we have to diagnose it; it could be a different problem. I decided to make an appointment with Hedrick's Chevrolet instead. They had availability 2 weeks earlier than Blackstone. Stay away, especially if you have an EV.
