Quick efficient service. Great communication from the lady at the service desk. She did an amazing job helping me work around the obstacle I had. I was quoted 300$ less for an estimate I received thru them vs other auto repair in town. Also I would like to note, whoever fixed my car went out of there way to fix my headlight. I didn't ask for assistance with that and neither did they charge me for that. Such a small gesture can go along way and I really appreciate there help. Thank you!

I brought in my car for an oil change and no lights on the dashboard was on apart from the TPSM and low coolant. They did explain that they topped off everything and the coolant was low and they were no leaks detected. They said they did a courtesy check and everything was okay. When the service paperwork was done indeed it only showed what was wrong the TPMS. I asked by word of mouth if anything else popped up again and they said no. Everything looked fine. A day later my check engine light came on, they stated that it would cost me about $225 to figure out why it’s on, I brought it in and they said they would call later a few hours later I receive a quote of $1800 to fix two issues that was not there before. I decline the offer and went picked up my car which has been driving smoothly ever since I bought it. I explained before dropping it nothing seemed off the light was just on and it was still driving okay I just needed to know why the engine light came on after oil change. After picking up my car, my car overheated which it has never happen before, even stalled on the highway, a car that has been driving smoothly and has driven hours away and back in the summer heat now all over sudden after finding out the thermostat is an issue my car is overheating and stuck on the highway???? They are preys! They read the worst scenario to you that could happen to the vehicle so you can fix it, if you decline their service all over sudden now the worst scenario that was explained happens minutes after leaving their shop?? When I brought a working vehicle with no issues?? I just did an oil change, but now my engine is overheating and engine light is on? Yal does this even make sense? Thievesl! Opened my hood and they had taken off the hose that cools the car and coolant was spilling out. I brought my car in working perfectly fine. My name may show different on here but I’m sure I went to your shop. I have paper work and text messages from you guys requesting approval for services. Not making this up. Be Very Aware Guys!

So where do I start. Lack of communication has seem to be their top priority. I was told my car would be looked at mid week. Was initially given a theory of what my diagnostic would be for my car. Thursday of last week arrives and I finally get word on the issue at hand give them the green light to start the job. I don’t hear anything back until I call up Wednesday morning of this week, the receptionist tells me there’s a crack in the part that was ordered. Does that happen yes but the fact I wouldn’t have known the cause for the delay bothers me if I wouldn’t have called. Now we’re at Thursday of this week, I was told the job was done however I was greeted with the exciting news of being told after repairs were done my car wouldn’t last a full day back in my possession. They will never get a penny out of me again after this transaction. Poor customer service and really just seemed concerned with why I wouldn’t spend any more money for a job that should have taken a day & a half. Also it’s nice that the service manager thinks the engine I have can be blown with the minimum wear and tear I put on the car as a daily driver.
