This was the worst towing experience I have ever had. The person who picked me up spoke with 50% percent curse words, then took a road that trucks are not allowed to go on. He got pulled over by a cop and the curse word percentage increased to about 65%. When we got out, we noticed that the chains came loose on the car and the cop reported the driver for not hooking the car up correctly because he only had 2 points of hook up and not 3. Then, I called and requested a refund and they told me no. Please avoid this company if you can.
