I can't thank Mike and his crew enough for helping me get back on the road. I was stranded on my way to Maine and I needed a transmission solenoid. Even though they were super busy they found the time to get me back on the road by the end of day. The pricing was very reasonable and mike was very knowledgeable about my situation. I have the unfortunate luck to have needed transmission work several times over the years with different cars and always return to Blood Enterprises. Once again, he took good care of my wife's vehicle and stands behind the work he does. Highly recommend!!

Date of service 04/10 - 04/14/2023 Hey there, Let me tell you about my recent experience with Blood Enterprises Transmission and its owner, Mike Blood. My 2015 GMC 2500 Denali HD, which has over 700k miles on it, scheduled for an upgrade to the transmission, which had already clocked 100k+ miles. After the team removed, cleaned, and disassembled it, Mike suggested a complete rebuild using upgrade parts since I drive coast to coast on a weekly basis. and he wanted to make sure that my truck could handle the long drives without any issues. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge displayed by everyone at the shop. Mike himself took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain the issues that needed to be addressed. I was also pleasantly surprised by the level of patience he displayed in answering all my questions. One thing that really stood out to me was how Mike's team was able to find a problem that many dealerships had missed. They discovered burnt O2 wires caused by the exhaust manifolds, which had been causing an ongoing engine light issue. Many dealerships had either overlooked or were not able to find and fix this problem, but Mike's team was able to solve it. They replaced and rerouted the new wires, ensuring that the problem wouldn't happen again. Overall, my experience with Mike Blood and his team was a fantastic one. It was not only professional but also educational. I learned a lot about the inner workings of my truck and how to keep it running smoothly. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch service earned them a five-star rating from me.
