If you have ever read any of my reviews, you know I am very honest, and I don’t hesitate to let anyone know if something is amiss, and if it is GREAT! Well…. I did a thing yesterday…. We went out and bought a new to us (used) camper. Let me just say…. Everyone that was involved with this was AWESOME! We had the privilege of having the best salesman, Joe Rubello! Joe stayed after closing to show us the camper. (My fault because I got out of work late) Joe also went over the features of the camper, and gave us some good advice on maybe do this here…. Do that there…. Thank you Joe! On the day we went down to pick up our new to us camper…. We met Andrew. Andrew did a walkthrough with us and explained all the details and features with the camper. Very informative, and knowledgeable. Next…. We met Rob C. Rob dealt with the financial part of our adventure. Again…. Someone who is very informative and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and concerns. By this time everyone is busy with other customers, and projects, but…. There was another piece of the puzzle that wasn’t quite completed…. So…. Who steps up to cover…. Steven, the General Manager! OMGRADY!!!! This guy! Stopped what he was doing and sat us down to help us with the last puzzle piece. I know I sound like a broken record, but again, very informative and knowledgeable…. This whole experience, was very painless and stress free. Thank you all !!!! A GREAT experience!!! Purchased a Grand Design travel trailer. Mark was our salesperson and he did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable as well as helpful. He made our purchase so easy. Management, service department and financing were great also. I would recommend Blue Compass in Delaware.
