BMJ Auto Collision

Just picked my car back up after both of my passenger doors needed to be replaced. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Work was very quality and fast. Highly recommend to anyone needing work done on there car.

My experience with BMJ Auto Collision was disappointing. The quality of workmanship on my vehicle was subpar, evident in the use of salvaged parts instead of promised aftermarket replacements, as you can see the bumper was red before. This not only affected the aesthetics but also raised concerns about safety and long-term reliability. Additionally, there were issues with my insurance claim, which seemed to have been mishandled by the team at BMJ Auto Collision. The lack of transparency and the apparent dishonesty regarding the parts used and the overall service provided by the team, including Ryan, left me dissatisfied and inconvenienced. I would caution others to thoroughly inspect and clarify all terms before entrusting their vehicle to BMJ Auto Collision.

They get the 5 stars insurance told me my truck was a total loss after I crashed in the snow storm on the i95 last winter she was hit really bad all around front to back even the sides ..but just look at her now 😍 Ryan and his staff are amazing 👏 and they didn't over charge like most shops thank u guys for bringing dreams back to life ❤️

Took my car to BMJ by referral for some repairs after an accident - super happy with how it turned out! All staff were friendly, helpful and kept me informed every step of the way with text updates/calls from Ryan the owner very professional stand up guy. He even went the extra mile & checked out a non-accident related dent that I’ve been looking to get fixed, explained what needs to be done & gave me an honest estimate. Thank you for the awesome work! Will definitely refer anyone looking for work done to their car BMJ services were fast and efficient. Everything went smooth and solid. The whole staff is very professional. I am a happy customer. Thank you to the entire team for fixing my vehicle. My car looks good as new.

The service here is disgusting. My car was towed beautifully, but the work done on my car was incomplete. I received much attitude from the workers when I was very patient with the concerns that I had. The young owner gives smart remarks that are uncalled for whenever given a reasonable concern/question. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. I’ve had my car worked in for months just to have to consistently come back to the shop to get it refixed and deal with the bad customer service. The job was also super expensive. I will not be coming back, I’ll rather go to the mechanic I am use to.
