Recently I had an involved warranty repair that required a loaner vehicle. Dustin was my Service Advisor who made sure I had a great loaner car for 3 days. Dustin had great communication and I appreciated his friendly demeanor!

Amending a five star review left about a year ago. I had a service appointment last week for 10am. The consultant did the intake as usual, and we had made plans to wait and test drive another vehicle and other things. After the test drive and doing some work, I received a text (after over three hours) that said it turns out they didn’t have the staff to do service and I couldn’t be fit in. They have no estimate so I said forget it. I went back to get the car and heard the same excuse, about sick calls, etc.. I’m understanding of staffing issues, but they existed when I arrived. Just be honest. I was given my keys and couldn’t find my car. No one could. I had to be walked around back to some far side parking where the car sat, unserviced. No alternative time was offered and no remedy suggested. Obviously the job wasn’t good enough. It was disrespectful and I regret the experience.

I upgraded my 2017 BMW 540i xdrive in October, 2024. I was lucky enough to get Kayla Pinto as my Client Advisor. She was professional, personable, and very patient. She insured that I had a tutorial on operating everything in my 2022 BMW 740i xdrive. Kayla also indicated I could contact her if I needed a refresher course. I had a great experience.

ALMOST KILLED MY FAMILY. They said they could replace the rear brakes for husband while he was in town. They had the car for 2 hours, then called back and said they got the wheels off but then couldn’t find the parts. They overtightened the wheel bolts and every single one of them sheared off- THE WHEEL FELL OFF THE CAR going 60mph on the freeway. **The wheel directly under my infant son*. Only by the grace of God did nobody get hurt. Called them to do the right thing and pay for repairs from the damage THEY CAUSED. They refused.

Jordan was wonderful from beginning to end through my service appointment. He made it very seamless and I was in and out with my loaner in less than 15 minutes. The service performed was professional, sending me a video of everything that was done and also evaluated, and it was completed in a timely manner. I have had service for other vehicles in different dealerships who don't even come close to the quality of service BMW has. Hands dow, the best customer service in vehicle service in Ann Arbor.
