Peter Ha, the service advisor promised me to take care of the tire warranty claim before I made the payment for the two new tires for more than $1700. He refused to help me make a call when I told him that I did not get the check from the warranty company after two months. I asked for all the paperwork he filed the claim, but he did not provide me, instead he ignored my message.

From disgruntled employees in the front to a foul smelling waiting room for the clients, this place isn’t good for business. A few Jobs that were done were very sloppy and quite frankly, I don’t even think it was even done properly. Just an example, imagine having to see your tires all different psi and some even lower than it should be when you get home after a yearly “maintenance “ check. Overpriced compared to other dealerships. Management is bad and many unhappy customers. I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL! The one star is for the nice car wash.

BMW Bayside Service Center in Great Neck, NY is the only place I take my car to get serviced. The entire staff are patient, accommodating and friendly every time I’ve dealt with them. On multiple occasions they’ve set me up with a loaner car when needed or found me a better price than originally estimated on needed work for my car. Fresh bagels and coffee everyday doesn’t hurt either. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with the BMW of bayside staff. Most notable was David who was extremely understanding, knowledgeable and made the entire process go smoothly. The team handled everything professionally and with care, making sure all my questions were answered. I love my vehicle and would recommend my friends and family to get service done here!

In the loaner department, Francine and Elleni were fantastic, ensuring that I had an efficient and smooth experience getting a temporary vehicle. Their combined efforts made the transition feel effortless, showcasing their commitment to customer service. Ashley, who processed my bill, was also impressive with her efficiency and professionalism. Chris, the service manager, oversaw the entire operation with a keen eye, ensuring that every aspect of the service was handled perfectly. The whole team at Bayside BMW provided top-notch service, truly embodying the excellence of the brand. This experience reinforced my trust and appreciation for Bayside BMW, and I highly recommend their services.
