BMW of Freeport Collision Center

Got sideswiped pretty bad by a bus was really worried about my car not being fixed. The team at BMW of Freeport Collision Center made sure they could restore my pride and joy back to its original glory. They kept me updated during the entire process and made a bad situation easy to deal with. The team there is absolutely fantastic and I applaud the team for their dedication to making sure that their customers come first. I hope I don’t have to return but in case I ever have an accident and need their help again, they will be my goto from now on. Thank you, please continue the great work.

I took my 840i my lease ended to Freeport BMW they told me I needed appointment to return the car. Once I arrived the lady was nasty at the front desk. I had a pre-inspection from auto vin she told me they had to inspect the car again I was thinking in my head. What a scam this dealers is if you have a pre-inspection why should you get another inspection? So I called BMW of Bayside talk to Karen she said just bring it in you don’t need any appointments or anything. thank you bmw of bayside.

They fix my car without any problems. The communication could have been better. I had to called about the progress cost etc.

They handled everything really well and they fixed our car that had gotten side swiped. It looks like New again! My only criticism is the lack of updates from them between the time I dropped it off and they called to say it was ready. It was there for a while because body work can take sometime and although it was not a big deal I would have liked an update or two along the way. They gave us a packet of papers with many details about the whole job which was very nice to know. Update: same car got broken into. They handled everything beautifully! I know getting parts can take awhile which isn't their fault. They probably get priority on parts 🤷‍♂️ If I have problems on my Jeep, I'll probably take it there *knock on wood*

Only 4 stars because of the time it took to get the car back, but the work is a 5/5. The car was dropped off January 24th and was able to pick it up March 28th, mainly due to issue not trying to pay for OEM parts. Was cut off on the highway and had to get the whole driver side replaced and painted and they did a excellent job. Worked with Filippo who made sure to answer any questions I had, their was a small gap between the bumper and hood when I picked it. But went back and was promptly fixed. They also resprayed and polished about 80% off the car to make sure the color match was on point great job.
