I had an unexpected issue with a nail in my tire on the way to work with my 70lb dog, and even though I didn’t have an appointment, Kevin at BMW quickly stepped up to help. He thoroughly explained my options and recommended the best one, making the whole process easy and smooth. I was worried about a long wait, but Kevin even arranged a pet-friendly Uber to ensure my dog and I could comfortably reach work without any issues. I have my 2016 BMW M4 serviced at BMW of Mountain View exclusively. I drive an extra distance to get there because they understand customer service. They are prompt, courteous and they communicate. They take care of the car the way I do, and that is all I can ask for.

I had an excellent experience throughout my visit. While the wait for the loaner car and picking up the serviced vehicle was a bit long, it was still within an acceptable range. The staff provided clear communication and consistent updates on the progress of the troubleshooting. I was especially impressed by the detailed video explaining how the issue was being addressed and the follow-up phone call outlining their findings. I highly recommend the BMW Mountain View location!

Another great service experience at BMW Mtn View. Our X5 was serviced promptly with genuine BMW parts. Having a loaner car reduces the impact on our family. Best part yet, was that the final bill was less than their original estimate! How often does that happen? I checked their website for a service special, and got another 20% off (up to $150).
