Updated review for my purchase!! This time around I met with Ken!!! Highly recommend him! He walked us through several different options as we were all over the place with what we wanted. He never gave me a hard nor pressure to make a decision. He explained things so well and actually asked questions to my life style to fit us with the right car. We shopped around to other car dealerships and brand but after Ken’s service it was hard to match his service to anyone else. After 3 visits with him we finally found the one! Renee our finance manager was amazing too! She explained everything in a simple way so you understand everything!! Thanks again Ken!!! The best customer service is at this dealer! Allison I. The service department goes above and beyond every time for me. She is the reason I come here for service and will only deal with her! She is also so kind and super understanding! She answers any questions and is prompt with getting back to you!!

Carl, Art, Osmond Matt and Samantha were awesome. I know I'm missing one other young lady that we met (sales manager) on the evening we purchased the car. Very helpful. Great staff. Every one was courteous and communicative. Not pushy (which I appreciate). I will definitely visit BMW of Murrieta on my next purchase (new or pre-owned).

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a BMW M4 from BMW of Murrieta, and I must say that the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was met with professionalism, attention to detail, and an exceptional level of customer service. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the team ensured that every step of the car-buying process was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. I would especially like to acknowledge David Townsend and Carl, who were both instrumental in making this purchase a reality. Both of their extensive knowledge of the BMW lineup, combined with genuine willingness to address all of my questions and concerns, made me feel confident in my decision. Carl, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, guiding me through the process with transparency and care. Additionally, their teamwork, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. It’s rare to come across a dealership that not only meets but surpasses expectations, and BMW of Murrieta certainly did that. One of my best memorable experiences ever buying a car. 3 hours and totally worth it. What a dealership and some really great professional people. Karla my sales person was very polite, honest and made the buying process very relaxing.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with my BMW i5 M60, and I feel compelled to share my concerns after a serious incident that has not only shaken my confidence in BMW vehicles but also endangered my family. Recently, my BMW i5 experienced sudden and unexpected acceleration, which caused the car to collide with a building. This incident resulted in significant damage to both my vehicle and the property, and most importantly, it put my wife and daughter’s lives at risk. We purchased this vehicle because of its high safety ratings and promises of advanced safety features, including fail-safes to prevent collisions. However, this incident has proven that the vehicle does not perform as advertised, making us feel unsafe in a car we trusted with our lives. To make matters worse, my wife, who was present during the incident, now suffers from PTSD and is terrified to ever drive an electric vehicle again. This is an outcome we never expected from a brand like BMW, which we thought we could trust for top-tier safety and quality. My disappointment extends to the lack of immediate and comprehensive support from BMW. We expect better from a premium brand, especially in terms of addressing serious safety concerns and providing support for affected customers. We are currently seeking a thorough investigation into the cause of the sudden acceleration and compensation for the significant emotional and financial impact this has had on our family. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering this vehicle and encourages BMW to take these issues seriously. Until I see meaningful action and a resolution to this situation, I cannot recommend this vehicle or dealership.
