This service department is awesome. They go above and beyond, and I have to give a spesial thank you to Fred McClung. He kept me informed, returned my calls special thank you to this man. The mechanic that worked on my car was great went above and beyond. Very very well pleased and will definitely return with any other problems that I should have.. I highly recommend this service department. Very well pleased. most places will take advantage because you’re a woman, but I was treated with respect. Everyone was very nice and polite.

I debated making this review. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OR FEMININE PERSON, YOU WILL NOT BE RESPECTED HERE. The mechanic was incredibly rude to me, acted like I had no idea what I was talking about. He noticed issues I already knew were there and I explained I knew about those but I also needed the update to my car before I could finalize the other work (which I did *myself* because I DO know cars, despite his condescending disrespect). He kept telling me that what I needed done wouldnt help my car. Told me I can't believe everything I see on the internet (OBVIOUSLY- But I found my information ON THE FORD WEBSITE), and then proceeded to tell me he'd never even heard of the update I needed and had to look it up. I'm not sure how he could act condescending as if I dont know what I'm talking about, but in the same breath tell me that he had to look it up as well. They told me they'd have it done by the end of the week and each time I called I got condescending responses from the male mechanic (the women answering the phone were nice enough however). I'm not sure if they were just waiting for a time to fit in my car (since he didnt know what he was doing), but I found it interesting that they didn't bother doing the work until right after I had a *man* call for me to check on it. I'm definitely never going here again for any work, I will go to a different Ford dealership where I will be more respected and not discriminated against simply for being a woman. 3 stars only because they did accommodate my recall early, and I very much appreciate that.

Great service. Valet service was a new experience. On one hand it's nice, but communication needs improved upon.
