My sons and their friend were in a recent car accident. The towing company themselves have not been bad. However, they really need to hire a new front desk person. She was very rude, would put the call on hold without saying hold on, would not give good information. She had poor language skills and her tone was nasty. It’s too bad she does not know how to act like a professional and they should really get someone who enjoys life and their work. I hope they do better when choosing their staff and hire someone who does not sound or act miserable.

Never have come across such a horrible lady. They need to fire this lady she’s awful. She has a very bad attitude and needs to get some customer services courses because she is absolutely disrespectful in the way she handles clients. Do better Bob and Dave’s Towing. Front desk person is in a power trip.

They lost the key to my car then said there was no recordings of me saying where the key would be. Horrible customer service. They straight out LIE to their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

As many others have said the front desk worker is wildly unprofessional, have to practically beg for an answer and she takes the nastiest attitude, if I could I'd give zero stars based off her attitude alone, not to mention how expensive doing anything is with these people

Just to be clear. The car I needed to be towed is already at the shop. This place was here in like 20 minutes, and Zulu helped us out in the best way. Not only did he drive the truck very professionally, but his customer service is on point. Thank you bob and Dave’s. This place is fantastic to have around, during a not fantastic moment.
