Bob's Auto Service

I had not used Bob’s in the past, but I am now using them for everything in the future! My appointment was easy to set up online, and their communication was top notch. They put their employees first when there was as a sickness going around and called to ask if they could reschedule me. Their transparency and commitment had me impressed before I ever arrived. The car was done on time even with needing to source different parts locally and they communicated well the entire time. Customer service goes a long way, and Bob’s is top notch.

I am three hours away from my college student at UWL. I called to see if they could help. Robert and Cesar helped me over the phone when I called two separate times. Gave me recommendations on where to go for a new battery (and tow if we needed one) because they were booked until after she has to drive home for the holidays. They answered all my questions and offered to help when they weren’t booked. But their recommendations and guidance were successful!! Very professional and supportive. We will definitely be calling if more issues arise. Peace of mind knowing they are right down the street from my daughter to help is everything for this Mama!

My daughters vehicle was having a no start issue. I was certain she was going to need a new starter and that was the problem. Being a bit oblivious about the battery because my daughter tried to jump start the vehicle and it would not turn over. Bob's Auto helped me with a Towing Service and I had it towed there. Told them I needed a new starter. They first wanted to troubleshoot for the problem, and I am appreciative that they wanted to be thorough and not just replace the starter. Instead they found the battery to be bad and replaced it. I consider Bob's Auto Service to be very trustworthy and would definitely use them again. Availability of After hours pick up was nice.

I went all over lacrosse trying to find someone to take my tire off its rim. I just couldn't break the bead on my own and didn't have access to a machine. Everywhere else told me they were too busy, but these guys popped it off in sub 5 minutes and charged me nothing except for a $7 tire disposal fee- which was entirely optional. I'm really grateful for them and the next time I need some real work done on my car, these are the guys I'm going to and I'll know confidently it's in good hands

Very knowledgeable team at Bob's. Had an oil leak that was diagnosed at another garage, (axle seal), which I waited to have done later at that garage, but when I wanted to schedule with them they did not have time, so I went to Bob's. Lucky for me Bob's did diagnostics before getting started, as the leak was not what the other garage had claimed and I was on my way in less than an hour. Saved money and actually had the problem repaired. Very impressed by their professionalism and taking the time to explain things. Also appreciated the photos of what was actually leaking. More than fair with their customers. My first time and I will be back.
