I had the best service at Bob's My Shop Auto! Alexis at the front desk was amazing at not only scheduling an oil change and answering my questions; she was also awesome to meet in person. I was impressed with Kenny and the team who took extra care of my suv and made sure everything was up to par. Highly recommend to everyone, especially females who don't want to feel taken advantage of. This is the auto place to go in Havasu!

Best place in town to get your vehicle work done. Kenny is not only conscientious but he actually cares about his customers. He managed to get my Nissan Rogue done a day early. Very pleased with all the work that we have had done there in the past 14 years. I wouldn't go anyplace else in this town period.

Always have been %100 honest about what is truly needed for my vehicals. They offer financing for major repairs. Have always at least got my vehicals looked at and estimated within a few days. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

These guys were great. My truck went into limp mode last Sunday. I brought it in on Monday and Kenny at Bob's my place took me in right away. The next day I was on my way home with a brand new throttle body and connector on my 2004 chevy silverado at 11 am and was home by 5pm. The truck ran great. The part came in from Henderson, NV. I was lucky too find parts on back order also. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Kenny my man and the mechanic who worked on my truck did a great job for me. Again, thank guys for a great experience. 👍🤠

I had an incredible experience at Bob's My Shop. My A/C wasn't working and my blower fan was acting up. They determined that a blower relay was faulty. They replaced the relay, tested the A/C and I was on my way for well under $200. They were pleasant and professional and I truly felt like a valued customer. I am not a local but I was treated like a lifelong customer. I will return here for any issues I have and I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. We'll done guys and gals.

We were driving through Lake Havasu. Stopped by Bob’s without an appointment to see what could be done about my AC blowing hot air. I was in and out in 45 minutes! Diagnosed the freon fill port as the problem. Replaced and serviced system and all is good! Thank you very much for fitting me in, fixing the problem and making a happy on the go customer.
