EDIT: contacted manager and he said well there is nothing you can do about it! Contacted roadside and complain..blacklist them from these insurance providers! They only have intentions on towing your vehicle! LAZY and will take advantage of WOMAN and INSURANCE. Refused to change a roadside assist tire.. because he didn’t want to get on the ground! Started off lying to me about my NEW full sized spare saying it was flat! It was not. Then he couldn’t get brand new lug nuts off claiming he would break them. He wanted to TOW my vehicle and that was all. Waited on next company… changed in 2 minutes. DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE USE THESE LAZY SCAMMERS. Will add video and photos soon

My son got the car stuck in a ditch recently. Bodies by Jay communicated well about their ability to get there and timing. They were efficient with the winch and tow. Appreciated all of those things during this situation.

I recently had a flat tire in the Glens Falls area and had a wait time of over an hour for most tow trucks, I called BBJT not only could they be there quickly, but the cost was very reasonable. The service driver was helpful, had a very clean truck and was very pleasant. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue.

I locked my keys in my car (in the Midas parking lot) and had to use my USAA roadside assistance app. They contacted Bodies by Jay Towing for assistance. These guys were great! They showed up very quick (with a smile on his face), popped my lock open and had us on our way in no time with a smile. Awesome work guys!!!

Sold me a 105,000 dollar car ..the frame was held together by bondo.....complete scammer......not trustworthy at all ....complete ripped me off ....when I called to speak to him about it he said to send pics...we did he never spoke to us again...terrible person to do business with ...really sad there are people like this in business
