Body Pro Collision

Needed a reputable body shop that was ranked high, local, and had positive feedback. The result of my search brought me here and I couldn’t be happier. I pulled up early morning without an appointment and my car was immediately given priority as they told me the work that needed to be done and that it would be ready within a couple of hours. You can’t beat service like that. This shop’s attentiveness to detail, customer satisfaction and trust made this a very positive experience. They performed an outstanding job in removing scratches from a side swipe and cleaning my entire car as well. It now looks brand new and I am very pleased with the outcome. Make sure you come to this body shop if you’re in need of a high quality job.

From start to finish, I felt I was in competent and trustworthy hands—Truly, Body Pro Collision delivers. They did high-quality repairs for my Volkswagen, recently in an accident, all for a very fair price. Georgia the manager is a gem who made sure the entire process was smooth and flawless. While other shops were telling me repairs might take 3, 4, 5 (even 10) weeks depending on when parts would be coming in, Body Pro did the repairs in 5 business *days.* I will definitely be taking my car to this shop again.

I'm not a person that takes the time to write reviews but Body Pro changed a frustrating event into one of the greatest customer service experiences so I had to share. My PARKED car was side swiped and had damage. Through a family referral (who doesn't trust family!) I went to Body Pro Collision. The team was excellent, understanding, and since this was my first visit to a car repair center (thank God), they explained the process. Georgia knew how anxious I was to get it fixed in a timely fashion. I thought I would be the one calling and asking, "Is it ready? Is it ready?" but she kept me informed until it was ready and I was able to pick up the car. I picked it up and everything was shiny and like new. Great job Body Pro!!! For price, work, timing, and customer service...Body Pro is excellent.

Recently, damaged the side of my bumper and taillight on my Mercedes Benz C400. Brought it over to this shop on very short notice. Georgia and John were able to fit me in their tight schedule. During the repair, John and the technician pointed out and brought to my attention additional damage that had incurred and might be of concern. Meanwhile, most shops would not provide that level of detail and care! To top it off, the pricing is affordable and fair for the high level of work they perform. Lastly, I picked up the car after a couple of days and was surprised to see my vehicle washed. I highly recommend going to this shop for any repair work!
