They communicated with me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything that was happening. The work on the car was flawless. I had a great experience at bodywork’s unlimited. After an unfortunate fender bender, I brought my car in for repairs, and the crew took excellent care of everything. From the initial estimate to the final pick up they kept me informed throughout the process and worked hard to ensure the best possible outcome. The repair quality is exceptional my car looks as if the accident never happened. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I couldn't be happier with the service, and I’ll definitely return if I ever need bodywork again. Highly recommend!!

Horrendous customer service. We unfortunately had an accident and had our car towed here after it was totaled. We managed to make it over there and clear out the car, the staff was extremely helpful on this day. Fast forward a few weeks and we start to receive notices in the mail regarding parking violations associated to this vehicle. The shop had left the car in the street in its damaged state, leaving it to rack up violations. What makes this a one-star review is the shops response; relayed through the curt receptionist-who rushed my wife off the phone with the advice to “figure it out online”, assuring we’d get a call back (we haven’t after 4 weeks). I would be wary if my car ended up here again. *picture is from street view outside the shop*
