Great experience from start to finish. Boris and his team provided exceptional customer service, and Boris took the time to thoroughly explain the problem I really appreciated the honesty and clarity. What impressed me most was how quickly they diagnosed and repaired the problem. I had a persistent brake issue that another mechanic couldn’t figure out, but Boris solved quickly. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and the pricing was very fair. Boris even broke down the cost of parts and labor, so there were no surprises when I received the bill. I have never once in my life wished I could leave a six-star review until Boris. So personable, sincere, honest, and willing to help. Very trustworthy, you can tell he wants to do things the right way and not take cheap shortcuts. I went to him for a dead battery and the guy DROVE THE CAR BACK TO MY PLACE AND PICKED ME UP so I didn't have to take an Uber back to the shop. Outstanding service, have never experienced anything like it. Will be going here as long as I live in LA.

I found Boris in 2016 via a search and saw many great reviews, so I decided to take my car there. He went above and beyond to get the most out of my extended warranty. So now he's my regular mechanic. They always do a great job and I appreciate the attention to detail and how he shows me the old parts/filters! Lol

We were returning from vacation when our van started making a loud noise and losing power. We were an hour from home. I did a quick Google search and found Boris Auto Repair. His shop was full of cars, but he still took the time to see how he could help. He spent 1-1/2 hours working on the van right then on a Friday afternoon. He made it possible to get home. If I lived close, Boris would get all my business! My wife and I thank you.
