Got a routine oil change and also needed my front brakes and rotors changed out a few months ago. The same day I was on the highway and I noticed a rattling coming from the front left of my vehicle. When I finally got the time to return to them today they informed me that my fender was loose, like it had been backed into or hit by something. However, since it was unrelated to my repair they said tough shit, go to a body shop. Despite the fact that it only started on the drive out from their facility. Do not go here. This will unfortunately be my final service at Boy Rad

I will only be using Boyd Rad from here on out. I tried to go to another shop because I thought I was getting a deal. To put it nicely it wasn’t worth it. The techs at Boyd Rad are the nicest and are super thorough. They never try to oversell you but inform you when things are needed. Would strongly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Called about 2 weeks ago on Friday evening to check if they had my tire in stock as a I got a flat tire and wanted it replaced the next day. Came in to drop my car off next morning, and Jordan and the blonde lady working the front desk couldn’t even seem to take their eyes off the screen to at least make eye contact with me to address why I was there. Came in to pick up my car around 3:30pm to find out they only plugged my tire… Jordan sat there and lied saying he didn’t take my call about replacing my tire, and the lady told me my tire was fine and could be patched up to 3 times. Here we are two weeks later and the same tire has gone flat. Took it this time to Goodyear in Lewis Center and not only did they replace my tire like I told them to, they inspected my whole vehicle and notified me that my rear brakes needed replaced immediately and were in the danger zone. This Goodyear sucks, don’t waste your time.
