I love Boyd’s Eastpoint!! They are honest and efficient with each automobile. They gave me an estimate of over $1,000.00 for a replacement part for my SUV. After the repairs were completed, they called to tell me my SUV was ready. I asked for the total damages (cost) they said Merry Christmas no charge!!! It turns out that the part was still under warranty. What a wonderful surprise!!! Give Boyd’s Eastpoint a try, I’m sure you’ll like them too!

I’ve been taking my car here for the last few issues I’ve had with it and I have never been dissatisfied. Today, I explained to Tom on t he phone that I just got out of the hospital and haven’t been working due to medical issues so money was tight but I have a light that stays on when the car shuts off on my climate control and wasn’t sure if it’s a dire need to have fixed and if he could tell me if I need to make an appointment to get it fixed or not. He told me to bring it to the shop and he’d assess the situation for me without charge. And it turned out to be nothing critical. Most companies would have charged me 100 dollars just for that and I’d been out of grocery money when the light was nothing needing fixed. They helped me without charging that fee this time because they are compassionate caring people and that is almost unheard of these days which is one reason I like to come here. They are caring people and have always done excellent work for me since coming here in January of this year. I highly recommend. Edit: They also do military discounts!! ***I understand that sometimes companies ask for reviews from their customers. I assure you this was not the case and you can look at my review history to see that I leave honest reviews. I am just under financial hardship and was so grateful for what they did today.

Best automotive service I’ve ever experienced. Friendly, affordable, and clean. I had an oil change at an extremely reasonable cost, and they provided an estimate to replace tires which was also a great price. I will be a repeat customer. Excellent!

Boyd’s Goodyear has been my go-to for nearly 8 years. They have been extremely honest and trustworthy. After hitting a pothole last week, they said I needed 2 new rims. When my car was repaired, they told me that one of the new rims arrived damaged, slightly bent, but that it was safe to drive. They reordered the rim and will replace it next week at no additional cost to me. I appreciate their integrity!!
