Boyd's Westerville Tire & Service

I called early am to see if I could get my wife's car battery charged and did need an appointment. Mark was positive that I could get in would expect perhaps a 2 hour time. the charge took less time than estimated and was reasonably priced. as always Boyds has been great to customer needs.

We called to get a tire fixed because it had gone flat. The pleasant young man that answered the phone told us to come on in and he would take care of us. When we arrived a very nice young lady met us and fetched the young man that helped us. We were taken care of right away and with professionalism and courtesy. It was our first there and we will define use them again!

Jonathan is absolutely amazing! Always professional, friendly and goes the extra mile! I came in and he was the only smile that welcomed me! He made sure to listen to all my concerns and made sure that I left satisfied and that my issues were remedied. He’s very very knowledgeable! I have never received service so well from any other shop! Jonathan is the reason why I will be returning. It’s very obvious to see that he takes his job seriously and he make sure customers are happy. His phone presence is top tier! I hope that Boyd’s is grateful for him cause I sure am! Watching him work while I was waiting for my car, I can tell that he is one of the biggest assets to this location. I can’t express how grateful I am!

My first time using Boyd’s for service. I found a coupon online which provided a synthetic oil change for 1/2 the price I pay at the dealership. I showed up early and was serviced immediately! The store was nice and clean - the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. There was no high pressure tactics to secure additional service work. I will be back!

Boyd’s Goodyear has always been our family go to place for oil changes and repairs. Mike, the owner has always been there for us, both for company vehicles and privately owned vehicles. His behind the counter staff, some I’ve known for a little over 20 years have been nothing more than professional, honest, and friendly. You do have to make appointments for oil changes, etc. but emergency tire repairs are looked at right away. I can’t say enough about this business, except that they are honest, trustworthy and reliable.
