BP Ford of Long Beach Commercial Truck Center

I’ve been here before and they never fixed anything all my repairs have been done a South Bay Ford truck center. I have brought my truck in several times for check engine light they always give excuses on why it’s on never addressed the problem they delete the code and it reappears a few days later I think they just don’t have qualified staff or good experienced mechanics there just a bunch of oil change and parts changers. I had a AC issue on a new truck they could not tackle this task South Bay Ford did check engine light South Bay Ford resolved it. Unless u don’t mind your truck being there days or weeks with out it being looked at then being it here. I’ve given this place 5 chances never again

The manager of the Truck Center, Patrick O'Brien actually ended up taking care of my car purchase a few doors down at the car lot away from his normal services. To say purchasing a car from him was a pleasant experience would be a vast understatement! He was professional, courteous, funny and above all he got me exactly the deal I was looking for in record time. I've had miserable bartering experiences at other dealerships that have lasted upwards of five hours to complete a deal, it's exhausting! With Patrick I walked onto the lot, test drove the car, and walked out happy with the terms in about 3 hours. I drove home happy and can only imagine how excellent he'd be to deal with working at the Truck Center. Do not hesitate to talk to him at Cal Worthington Long Beach!

I have been purchasing all of my company trucks from Patrick O'Brien since our inception. He is now the Commercial Fleet Manager at Cal Worthington Ford in Long Beach. If you want the best deal and the best in customer service than I suggest you Go see Pat, Go see Pat, Go see Pat!!!! He delivers quality , honesty and does what he says he will do. No bull with Patrick he is a stand up guy worthy of the Cal Worthington name I have grown up with for years. I highly recommend anyone looking for a better set of wheels, Patrick won't stand on his head until his ears turn red but will give you the best deal on the face of the earth that he can. Excellent - nice people - fast service - I recommend them for all your light and heavy truck repair needs The service staff do an excellent job on my Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks for regular service, BIT inspections and maintenance. They also do my Ford F550 field service trucks for maintenance and repairs. They understand that time is money and they quickly assess and resolve the issues I bring in. They are excellent to work with and will get you back on the road as soon as possible. They also have pick up and delivery. The entire staff has a "Can Do" attitude and I would not look any further for heavy and medium duty truck repair in Long Beach.
